The house had a very unpleasant smell. We first came in Friday afternoon to prepare for a rehearsal dinner. It smelled like ancient cigarette smoke. The longer we were there, it became increasingly unpleasant. We did not sleep there because of this smell. We returned the following day only to remove our things and did not sleep there the 2nd night either Also, the bathroom sink was clogged and there were washing machine pipes coming up through a hole in the floor and I saw 2 spiders there. We paid for 3 bedrooms but one of the doors was locked so only 2 were available. We were very disappointed with this place.

We did not stay overnight once we saw the condition of the property. We did not feel it was safe to stay there. There were signs of forced entry at the front door with a broken screen door, damage to the door casing and damage to the front door next to the door knob. There was also damage to the door of the first floor bedroom: the edge of the door had been broken off and glued back on. The bedroom door did not latch due to damage to the door. There was a broken window in the kitchen. The refrigerator, kitchen sink and kitchen table were dirty. The upstairs bathroom does not have a sink. The air conditioning smelled like old cigarettes. We contacted the host to say we would not stay, and once we detailed the above reasons, the host refused to answer emails or phone calls

The beds are very comfortable. The area is very quiet and close to downtown. There’s no tv, no coffee maker, no iron which I think are basic needs for a home someone is renting. There was a moldy musty odor as soon as we got into the home. We had to buy a spray to spray the entire house. The upstairs bathroom doesn’t have a sink. The bottom bathroom had a pipe coming out the floor and a ripped ceiling. The front needs a clean up or atleast a better walk way so you’re not walking on grass to get to the steps. The home is spacious but definitely needs more love. I recommend the home but I wouldn’t stay again, I don’t think the price was worth the stay.

Destroyer my front door camera left bottles and drinks all over my floor messy definitely dont recommend letting this person stay in your home
