This modern, fully equipped one-room apartment is located on the upper floor of the thatched-roof Passat house, which contains several living units and offers sweeping views of the meadows.

Kitchen: Separate kitchen with a window overlooking the courtyard.

Living/Sleeping/Dining Area: Cleverly furnished room with a panoramic view across the meadows and fields. The sleeping area is furnished with a box-spring bed. The small dining area by the window and the comfortable two-seater sofa invite you to relax.

Bathroom: Shower room with toilet.

Special features: Guests of this holiday rental may use the garden, bordered by Sylt wild roses, which features a seasonal beach chair.

Location: This small holiday rental is located on the northern outskirts of Wenningstedt. The beach access, the village pond, a bakery, and various restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity.
