Check in was easy. Snowflake chairlift was just across the street to start the day and we used the 4 o’clock trail to ski back in the afternoon.

Location was great. Appreciated being on the first floor. Could see the hot tub from our window. Hot tub was nice. Having a washer and dryer was helpful. Would stay there again.

Great spot

My son and I stayed here for a quick trip and it was so easy and convenient. Very ski in and ski out which made it so easy as a solo parent.

Nice Trip!!

Ski in was an understatement!! You can ski right to the back door, that was awesome, the walk to the lift isn't bad. The room was quaint. I would stay there again.

Convenient to town

Although furniture was overcrowding, overall the place was accommodating. It was nice to have almost all of the conveniences of home.

Great Getaway

Fantastic little spot perfect for two people. Snowflake lift is an easy walk and you can ski right to your back door at the end of the day. You can walk to Main Street as well but there is street parking available if you prefer to drive. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Lovely accommodation

We recently stayed at Tyra while visiting our daughter at an orchestra program in Breckenridge. The condo's location was perfect, and we enjoyed the beautiful walk downhill to Riverwalk Center and downtown Breckenridge. The condo was so comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing after our hikes and biking. We would definitely stay there again!

Small but very updated

Room was perfect for our stay. Beds were comfortable, condo very comfortable. Only complaint was the bike ride back up the hill after a day of riding on the trails. Great amenities.

Great location for a ski trip!

Great location easily accessible to snowflake lift and bus stop, ski in to the back door was a great perk to have for a quick stop for lunch. Space could feel a bit tight, especially with 4 people on a longer stay (carrying more bags, etc). Easy access to ski lockers made taking stuff in and out a breeze too!

As the title says-Location, location, location…. Quaint condo perfect for a five day stay. Four o’clock run home from peak 8 is fantastic and having the Snowflake lift virtually across the street was outstanding.

Location! Location! Location!

Best features: ski lift is literally across the road, ticket booth and ski tuning is literally across the road, ski run leads literally to the back door, hot tub and mountain range can literally be seen from the kitchen window. Bonus: You can scout the 12-person, 4-feet-deep hot tub from the couch to head out when it is empty!

Great spot. Nice place

Luxpad is a great little place. There were 3 of us and it worked out great. Location is great--just across the street from Snowflake lift (and down hill) and if you view the YouTube how-to, you'll ski right to the back door. It's got everything for cooking--even a Crock Pot!

Cozy Condo

The condo was great and cozy. Disappointed there was not a dishwasher, because we cooked a lot. Walking distance to ski lift was convenient, plus can ski right to condo.

Nice place

Our stay was as expected. Small, but clean condo. Bed is comfortable. Internet is quick. Location is 5 mins walk to snowflake lift. Ski In ski out is real. 4-O’clock drops you right at the back of the complex.

We were looking for a white Christmas and we were not disappointed.

We had a great time at the condo would definitely stay here again. Accommodations were very comfortable and the close proximity to the free ride bus stop was great. We parked the car and used the bus for the rest of our stay. We were looking for a white Christmas and we were not disappointed. The weather was beautiful with all the white snow all around the condo.
