Ideally located on the oceanfront, this two-bedroom condo in Ocean City will treat you to sweeping views of the sandy beach below. Enjoy a light-filled living space with a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private oceanfront balcony. On the grounds, you'll have access to an elevated outdoor swimming pool overlooking the ocean. In this convenient part of Ocean City (35th Street), not only will you enjoy direct access to the beach - you'll be within blocks of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, popular restaurants, casual eateries, bustling nightlife, and all sorts of great shops and conveniences. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

You can’t beat the view and beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. A few things could be updated but overall it is a great place to stay and we didn’t have any issues. There are beach chairs, but bring your own umbrella!

You cannot beat the location & the cleanliness of the facility. The condo is continually updated with kitchen wear and other amenities. The pool is immaculate. Summer Beach is simply the best!

Clean and comfortable

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The unit was sparkling clean and well equipped. The location was perfect with many restaurants and shops close by. The beach view was exceptional. The only downside were the beds...mattresses are very very firm and uncomfortable for our liking. I highly recommend.

My stay was very good. The apartment was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed. Balcony nice size 6 chairs Right in front of the beach. Close to restaurants boardwalk. I would have preferred the second bedroom had tween beds but it is what it is. Please note we were 4 people.

Plenty of space!! Many places we’ve stayed at had no counter space to unpack anything and end up living out of boxes for the week. Room for a crib as well without having to move any furniture. It was perfect and would definitely book this home again!!! We’ve been going to OC for 5 years now with 2 littles, and this was the best place we’ve stayed in. And it was a last minute booking due to military rescheduling, so we lucked out for sure😁

3rd Year Renting

This is our 3rd year renting this condo. Positives: location - walkable to several great restaurants, excellent ocean view, easy beach access, condo is a good size, kitchen equipped well. Not so good - the condition of the condo has deteriorated - sofa is filthy - I had to cover it to sit on it, chairs look worn. Some cleaning issues when we arrived which were addressed. Wi-fi very weak.
