Property was clean and the proximity to the ocean was perfect. The only wonky thing about it was had a little trouble operating the door code at check-in, but with some proper communication that was able to be resolved.

We enjoyed being close to the beach and boardwalk. Parking was closer than expected and the condo had everything we needed. Great place for a family of four. It was nice that the kids had a large area upstairs. Looking forward to booking again next year.

A Flooded Safety Hazard with Terrible Customer Support & Worse BedsAvoid this property and this management company. We booked a 3-night stay in Ocean City, MD, for a festival. While the cheap price was a pro, it quickly became a total nightmare.The issues started early: the management company completely ignored our messages leading up to the stay. Once there, a massive Nor’easter hit the coast. On night one, streets were so flooded we couldn’t reach our designated parking spot. By nightfall, we couldn't leave without walking through calf-deep water. With the storm worsening and police closing streets with warnings not to travel, we left OC for safety. Because the property was inaccessible under official police warnings, we asked for a refund for the remaining two nights. The property company flat-out refused. Even VRBO tried to advocate for us, but the company stubbornly prioritized keeping our money over guest safety.The interior conditions were just as awful:• The air inside is so thick and musty you can practically chew on it.• The living room fan is unusable unless you enjoy a rusty concert of noise.• Cheap college dorm beds would have been a luxury compared to these mattresses.• The downstairs bedroom outlets did not work—a serious health hazard for anyone relying on a CPAP machine to breathe.Between the terrible conditions, radio silence before check-in, and zero empathy during a weather emergency, staying here is a massive gamble. Book elsewhere.
