This 2 bedroom/2 bath totally remodeled condo is over 1k square feet with incredible bay views! Located downtown on 3rd St. along fishing pier and next to FREE city pickleball/tennis/skateboard park (fee)/ playground/basketball court and only 3 short blocks to the beach and boardwalk fun. Building offers an elevator, two assigned parking spots and a bayfront pool. We have a fully equipped kitchen yet still close to plenty of great restaurants/bars & live entertainment. There is a large balcony to enjoy the boats passing by and those famous OC sunsets. We also provide sheets! Master has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen & there is a pullout sofa w/ a full bed. 3 flat screen tv's, high speed internet & plenty of seating. You can have it all! ****Top notch detailed cleaning between rentals, just read the reviews!****
