. Unit was very clean. Area was quiet. I grew up in Hillsborough County and lived in one of the old Florida short, squat houses, so the area felt like home! Very easy walk to the beach. Appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels available. The beach was wonderful. Nice sand, wide beach, can walk out pretty far and still be in shallow water. The sea grass was coming in during tides, but that’s the beach! Lots of options nearby for eating, but also a Publix nearby. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice 2 bedroom spot to enjoy Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach restaurants and shops. Clean, cute place and easy access to walk right out to the beach! Netflix and You Tube streaming available as well. Easy communication with host. Overall pleasant stay - would recommend!

We loved our stay here. Being able to walk to the beach and see it from our window was a real treat. There was plenty of room to spread out and it was quiet and comfortable. Michael was great about answering our question about staying longer and we would definitely recommend this place to others.
