Your family vacation or reunion will be remembered after you have stayed in this combined A-Frame (sleeps 12) and Carriage House (sleeps 4). Each house is fully furnished with a spacious living room and a fully supplied kitchen. This is a perfect arrangement for a large family, a growing family, or two families. We welcome you to our roomy and comfortable home. With 7 bedrooms and 4 baths, we offer you and yours enough room to spread out together! So much room to entertain on the central double-decked porch, come rain or shine. You have space for Chillin' and Grillin'! And just 6 houses from the beach! Rehoboth Beach shopping is a 5 min Jolly Trolley ride or a 20 min walk.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Hi, like you, we have been coming to the Delaware beaches for years. We fell in love with Dewey and all it has to offer. The beaches are spacious, restaurants and bars are walkable, live music can be heard everywhere, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. We love to take advantage of the back bay area, where we can be found rowing our skulls and splashing around. When the waves are good, we can be found paddling out and hanging ten. Okay I went too far, but we love the water, the sports, and the chill factor that Dewey has to offer. Paul is a Southern California transplant and I grew up in a military family. We love adventure, entertaining, and hanging with family and friends. If you see us hanging out on the front porch, stop by and say "Hi" we love to chat and meet new people.

Why they chose this property

The Atlantic A-Frame is one of the iconic structures in Dewey. I first noticed this house in 2016 and knew one day it was going to be my home. The uniqueness of the A brings with it that 70's laidback hippie-vibe. On occasion, you catch the sound of Paul playing guitar and Susan singing along some old-time folk Mama Cass song.

This property is unique in that it is two houses in one. The front house has 5-bed rooms and sleeps 12 and the back carriage house has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. Both houses have a full kitchen, making it a great getaway for families and groups.

We have remodeled this home with brand new bathrooms, exterior renovation, updated decorations, and furnishings. For 2022 we have updated the upstairs ceilings and kitchen.

This house has so much charm and warmth you can just imagine yourself hanging out enjoying your life right here in Dewey.

It has spacious outdoor areas that are fenced in and perfect for your family dog.

This house has two decks, an upper which is open and breezy, and a lower covered deck. Perfect for hanging outside even when it rains.

We provide linens and towels for your convenience.

The best feature is that it is a perfect location to walk to everything you need or want.
