Perfect Bar Harbor retreat
The location is perfect! Views with coffee from deck, short distances between Cadillac Mountain and downtown Bar Harbor. The unit was immaculate and well stocked with what we needed.

Comfortable and homey
Great location; clean; well stocked kitchen; bathrooms all updated; outside seating comfortable. Great place to come back to after long days out and about . Quiet; on the free shuttle route to bar harbor downtown.

Nice location and close to downtown Bar Harbor.
Stay there for 4 nights for recent family trip to Acadia. The condo is located at a nice area just less than one mile from downtown Bar Harbor. Check in/out is flawless. Two bedroom condo is large enough for a family. The only complaint is that hopefully there are more cooking wares: There is no large pot for cooking lobster or seafood, which is must have for staying at Bar Harbor.

Great location, great space!
The space is great- more than enough space for us to relax and our family to join us for supper. On-site laundry was a bonus. There was no wait for the bathroom as there are 2.5, and the kitchen was more than "functional"- it was fully equipped and in great shape.
We hadn't focused on the location when choosing a rental, we were more concerned with comfortable space for extended family and adult children. We couldn't believe we ended up walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor! We also used the shuttle a few times as it stops nearby every 15-20 minutes.
Really enjoyed our stay- great location, great amount of space.
Everything was great, especially the location. The lock pad on front door, was a major pain. Sometimes it could take up to 10 minutes to get into the house. Fix that issue and put hardwood floors in bedrooms, I would rate it. 5.

Jill, thank you for your review, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your time with us. We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded this information to the local staff so they can review and update the home as needed for future guests. We will be sure to follow up with the appropriate parties regarding your experience and hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
This is a very open, spacious property but bare bones. No personal touches such as paintings or any private owner possessions. It had a great view, comfortable furnishings and was away from traffic noise while being close to town and shuttle. A number of small issues which we will report to the managers -- hopefully easy to fix.
This property was great for our family's stay. Plenty of amenities makes for a comfortable time. Very spacious for relaxation and wonderful views off the balcony.
Just a couple cons. The ad was just a bit misleading. States a "short" walk to downtown Bar Harbor. I was traveling with my grandmother and that walk was around a mile ( little long for her ). Also, might want to consider upgrading dumpster sizes or build a fence or something to hide it. Dumpster was completely full and trash sitting on the lid for the entire 5 night stay.
