Our beautiful semi-detached home, newly built in 2018 and accommodating up to 4 people, is equipped to a high standard. Since purchasing it in 2022, we’ve added the following: a patio cover, a tool shed with a grill, a handcart, a wallbox, and outlets for charging e-bikes.
You’ll find a fully furnished, bright, high-quality, and modern home where you’ll feel right at home. The beach, bakery, restaurants, and supermarket are just a few hundred metres away, as are the North Sea Lagoon and the play barn.

The rental property is allergy-friendly and smoke-free.

Pets and animals in general are expressly prohibited.

A stair gate is available upstairs. A travel cot is also available free of charge.

The initial supply of dishcloths, dish soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper, as well as utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, and Wi-Fi), are of course included in the price.

There is a wallbox at the property. If you arrive in an electric or hybrid vehicle, we charge a rental surcharge of 7.50 euros per night per vehicle. This will be billed separately after booking.

Upon request, you can add bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels to your booking. The cost for the linens package is 25 euros per person and will be billed separately prior to arrival, along with the visitor’s tax (guest fee).

During peak holiday periods (summer, fall, Christmas, and Easter breaks), we prefer weekly rentals. The check-in day during summer holiday is Saturday or by arrangement.

Exceptions to this rule are any booking gaps that may arise—just check our calendar and contact us.
