The holiday home is located just beyond the dike. Comfortable and tastefully furnished, with approximately 50 square metres of living space and designed to accommodate up to 3 (Korsar II) or 4 (Korsar I) people (plus one toddler, if applicable), you’ll find everything you need for a carefree holiday.
A beautiful semi-detached house in the lively North Sea resort of Burhave on the Butjadingen peninsula awaits you. Enjoy a relaxing holiday right by the North Sea!
The house spans two levels and features either two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub and toilet, or one bathroom on the upper floor and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a large double bed, and the children’s room has either a pull-out single bed or two single beds. 

If you’re travelling with a toddler, you’re welcome to request a travel cot or high chair for a fee. Please let us know in advance so that these items will be ready for you upon arrival!

Please note that our accommodation is rented exclusively for tourist stays. Rentals to construction workers are not permitted. 

Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen. There’s also a terrace here. Enjoy the sunshine and the fresh North Sea air while having breakfast or relaxing! Even outside the peak season, the house is an ideal starting point for exploring the North Sea coast.
You are welcome to bring your own towels and bed linens, or you can use our service and find them ready upon arrival. In the central administration building, you also have the option to use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Parking for your car is located right next to the house. A flat-rate fee for final cleaning is charged for the apartment. However, you are also welcome to take care of the final cleaning yourself in exchange for a security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded to you after your departure.
There are a variety of recreational activities for children and adults in Burhave as well as in the surrounding area. Take a dip in the Nordseelagune water park—enjoy swimming in a seawater lake without tides—or at the DLG-supervised beaches along the coast, which have no admission fee. You can also use the local swimming pool, sauna, or the play barn, which features a go-kart track and mini-golf, among other attractions. Explore the region by bike—you’ll find a very well-developed network of bike trails stretching up to 250 km. You can also enjoy plenty of sailing, surfing, swimming, horseback riding, skating, Nordic walking, mudflat hiking, and fishing here. A place for an active holiday or simply for pure relaxation. Our holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for this. Centrally located, not far from the beach, yet quiet and private.
Get to know the region and its people—stroll through neighbouring Bremerhaven or Bremen! But Burhave itself also offers numerous shops and restaurants that invite you to linger. There are also frequent cultural highlights, and we’d be happy to provide you with more information about them while you’re here.

Price Group II Home

This cosy semi-detached home in the Korsar category is located in the new section of the holiday park and offers 50 m² of space for up to 4 people. On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a small storage room for your belongings, and the spacious living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The open, fully equipped kitchen and a dining table are also located here. Enjoy the wonderful North Sea weather on your own terrace, which you can access directly from the living room.
You can reach the upper floor of the semi-detached house via a wooden staircase. Here you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with one or two single beds. You’ll also find a second bathroom with a shower and toilet here.
There’s a free parking spot for your car right in front of the house.
Please note that pets are NOT allowed in this house!

The name “Korsar” doesn’t just stand for buccaneers and a class of sailboats, but also for a comfortable semi-detached house of approx. 50 m², where up to 3 people (plus a toddler) can enjoy a carefree holiday near the North Sea.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living room with an open kitchen and dining table, as well as a small guest bathroom. The bedrooms (one with a double bed and TV, the other child-friendly and furnished with a single bed) and a bathroom with shower are located on the upper floor. You also have access to the sun terrace with garden furniture, a storage room, and a parking space next to the house.


Pets are not allowed in this house.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
