St. Antonella Village is an exclusive eco-luxury retreat comprised of three private villas on a single acre of land in Río Grande, designed to offer a sophisticated, comfortable, and completely private experience.

The units feature a private (unheated) pool, a separate terrace with outdoor furniture and two sun loungers, providing an intimate space to relax in total privacy. Each villa includes private parking, with an additional option available outside the gate in an equally secure area monitored by cameras.
Inside, you'll find a layout designed for comfort: a living room equipped with a TV and a full-size sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. The living area does not have blackout curtains, allowing natural light to flood in during the mornings and creating a bright and airy ambiance.

The master bedroom elevates the experience by offering direct access to the private pool, creating a seamless connection between relaxation and the outdoors. It features a queen bed, ample storage for clothes, a TV, and hotel-style blackout curtains that guarantee privacy and complete rest.

The bathroom boasts a modern design with a floating toilet, a glass-enclosed shower that allows natural light to flood in, creating a connection with the outdoors, and a bathtub for a truly relaxing experience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a wine cooler, ideal for short or long stays.

As part of its eco-luxury concept, the property is equipped with a solar water heater, a solar system with Tesla batteries, a 20kW Caterpillar generator, and a water cistern, guaranteeing maximum autonomy, sustainability, and continuous comfort.

The complex also offers thoughtfully designed common areas, including a half-basketball court, a fire pit, a gazebo, a children's play area, and gardens with architectural lighting that transform the ambiance into an exclusive experience both day and night. Outdoor beds and lounge areas are located exclusively in these shared spaces.

This complex features two additional identical villas within the property, making it an excellent option for groups who wish to travel together while maintaining individual privacy. Each villa has an ideal capacity of up to four guests, allowing for comfortable and exclusive accommodation of multiple couples or groups.
