PIER 86 is located in the Beautiful Rio Mar Beach Resort, the villa is completely equipped and comfortable for a weekender or a longer stay with your family or by yourself. PIER 86 is just 3 minutes walk from the main hotel building which has a casino, restaurants and spa (reservations required).

The Rio Mar Resort has two Championship Golf Courses designed by Tom Kite, George Fazio with Greg Norman's collaboration. Currently A Troon Experience. It Also have 11 Har-Tru Tennis Courts, 2 Laykold hard Courts and some available to play at night!

Puerto Rico East Coast has miles of beautiful beaches ( Rio Mar, Balneario La Monserrate, Costa Azul and La Pared these last three in Luquillo). Book a Jet ski ride, a surf lesson, kayak at the bio bay or just sun bathe. But please don't limit yourself to the beach! Enjoy El Yunque Rain Forest; visit el Portal, walk the trails, climb the towers and enjoy the magnificent views, let the forest embrace you. Complete your trip with zip lining, horse back ridding, or an ATV adventure.

Beautiful stay/great location

The view was stunning. There is a balcony over looking the pool area and the beach. The property managers were great at getting back to you in a timely manner if you had any questions. They thought of all the little things like soap, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, towels and beach chairs. They even had balls to play volleyball. They went above and beyond and they were very friendly. I can’t wait to stay here again in the near future! :)
