Situated on the 10th floor, this spacious unit offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico along with modern upgrades throughout, making it an excellent choice for families and groups seeking a comfortable and well-appointed beach getaway.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features wood-look plank tile flooring, granite countertops, and a bright, open-concept living space designed with both style and functionality in mind.

Interior Features

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and all the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay. The spacious living area offers two couches, including a sleeper sofa, and provides direct access to the private Gulf-front balcony, where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets over the water.

Outdoor Space and Beach Access

Windward Pointe 1005 is directly on the beach and offers private beach access exclusively for guests of the complex. The large balcony overlooks the Gulf, providing the perfect setting to relax and take in the coastal scenery.

Resort Amenities

Guests at Windward Pointe enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities, including an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, and a fitness center. The property’s beachfront location ensures you are just steps away from the sand and water.

Parking

Two parking passes are included with each reservation. While there is a maximum of two guaranteed parking spaces per condo, security may offer the option to purchase a third pass during periods of lower occupancy; however, this is not guaranteed.

Additional Information

Linens and towels are provided, along with a starter set of essential items such as paper products, toiletries, and basic kitchen supplies. This starter set is not intended to last for the duration of your stay.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book, and the primary guest must remain on-site for the duration of the reservation. A signed rental agreement and valid photo identification are required prior to arrival.
