The town is picture perfect and the restaurant and bakery below was fantastic. The room was perfect for our family of three. It was clean and had great added little touches. Would stay here again.

Perfect size
Loved being close to my kids while they camped in Acadia National park.
The location and the facility were "just right". Quiet and clean, just minutes from Acadia! Easy check in and check out. Other guests were considerate and quiet.
Quiet neighborhood, nice apartment, wifi speeds were a bit slow but I only stayed overnight and it may have been a temporary issue. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Ideal location.
Very quiet and very clean. Great location in downtown Northeast Harbor. Easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Short walk to great bike rental shop with easy access to carriage roads!
Loved this little apartment. Easy check-in process, very clean. Area of town was a bit sleepy, was expecting slightly more activity but that was just our lack of research probably. Most things closed by 6-7pm, but you are still a short ride to Bar Harbour which has more restaurants/nightlife.
Perfect location to enjoy Acadia, without the crowd of Bar Harbor. As others mentioned, pull-out sofa is best for a kiddo. Definitely more of a hotel room versus home away from home.

A great place in a great location
Everything. The suggested free parking was just around the corner so it was quite convenient. The place was very clean and we really enjoyed it. I mentioned above a few suggestions but overall, it was better than expected.

Nice Place, Rough Bed
Nice amenities and size for two people, but I really struggled with the firmness of the bed. Downstairs breakfast pastries are yummy.
Once we got inside this was a great place to stay!
The codes we were given did not work and we could not access the apartment without help from vacasa. We were tired and hungry and relieved when someone finally got us inside. I would stay here shrub it was a great location and very nice comfortable place to stay.
Great little spot and easy to find. Nestled right on top of a bakery/watering hole/restaurant on the main strip of Northeast Harbor. Sweet little kitchenette/coffee bar. Bathroom was roomy and offered toiletries and was stocked with extra towels and toilet paper. Only a 25 minute drive to bar harbor or most major attractions. Acadia National park is pristine and beautiful! The views driving around the island are breath taking.

Northeast Harbor Suite
The apartment was small, but fine for our needs. We had all we needed, save for a sharp knife. We were told we had a parking space, but not where it was. We just parked on the street. Other suites were occupied, but the sound didn't carry. I recommend this if you plan to be out all day and eat elsewhere.

Great Location-
Loved the location- Restaurant and bakery downstairs was top notch.
The property was decent for what I needed. The cleanliness could have been better- there was clearly a layer of dust on the TV stand. Also the shower drain was Very slow. When taking a shower you were standing in water that covered your ankles.

Hi, Andrea! We are glad you enjoyed the location. We apologize for the issues you encountered during your visit. We have addressed the cleanliness concerns with our housekeeping team. We will have maintenance check the shower drain. We appreciate your feedback, and we look forward to hosting you again.
This property was as advertised- spacious, clean and close to all restaurants and shops. The one drawback was that we were unable to lock our apartment from the outside. The property manager was unable to resolve it. Luckily we had only a coffee stop to make while leaving it unlocked.
The Colonel Suites is in a great location with easy parking. The little suite was clean and well stocked with extra towels and bed linens. We were staying with 3 adults. One of us has to sleep on the pull out sofa which was thin and uncomfortable. So I recommend staying with 2 adults only. No one wants to sleep on a thin and lumpy pull out mattress for more than one night. :)

Basic apartment but meets your needs
Overall very pleased with the place. Not too small, but also not large. Very clean and kitchen has what you’d need for light meals. Ice machine in the common area which was really nice. The beds were not very comfortable, especially the sofa bed which was missing some spring. Fine a light child but not an adult.
We had an issue with the lock but they were quick to respond.
Great location, especially if you like a quiet little town. Right outside the park and plenty to do in the area.
My daughter was supposed to sleep on the couch / love seat sleeper sofa but when we opened it we found it was broken. Missing springs, wires where springs were supposed to be put there in a terrible attempt to repair the bed. Net result was the mattress was falling through the frame. Spent one uncomfortable night there and then rebooked elsewhere. Awaiting my refund to be processed.
