"Lina" Vacation Apartment, located on the first floor, with a garden and barbecue

The newly renovated "Lina" holiday rental is located on the ground floor. With 80 square metres of living space, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room, with its large sofa and TV, is a great place to relax. The spacious kitchen-dining area, complete with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave, has everything you could need. The bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed. An additional bedroom is available for stays with up to 4 people. The spacious bathroom (approx. 13 m²) with a double sink, shower, and toilet rounds out the overall experience. You can spend relaxing hours in the large garden, which features a seating area, lounge chairs, and a grill. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Please pick up the key at the following address: Arberblick 7, 94244 Teisnach - Arnetsried. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed upon request and for a fee of 9 EUR per day. A cot is available upon request. Provisions: A welcome package is provided in the holiday rental (jam, eggs, coffee, tea, etc.). Our 8 hens provide the eggs for breakfast. Shopping options are about 3 km away. The “Genuss” pub is just around the corner.

Schöne Basis für tolle Ausflüge

Schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, die wir als Basis für tolle Ausflüge im Bayerischen Wald nutzen konnten. Nette Gastgeber! Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauses (ungünstig für kleinere Kinder). Leider recht nah an einer gut genutzten Bundesstrasse, ganz ruhig wurde es nie. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotzdem genossen!
