Spread over two floors, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with double box-spring beds (180x200 cm), two stylish bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a glass-enclosed sauna, and three sunny terraces with patio furniture.

Underfloor heating and high-quality tile floors throughout the house ensure a comfortable living environment.

The open living area invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings with a cosy sofa set, an internet-enabled smart TV, and a wood-burning stove. Here you can enjoy the cosy warmth after a day at the North Sea or wind down the evening with a film. An internet radio with an USB port is available for musical entertainment.

Fully equipped kitchen with dining area
The open-concept kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It features a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, electric kettle, toaster, Senseo machine for filter and pod coffee, egg cooker, and a refrigerator with freezer. The dining area, with its cosy chairs, offers a beautiful view of the terrace and is the ideal spot for shared meals.

Two modern bathrooms and a sauna
Both bathrooms are bright and modern in design and feature a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. The upstairs bathroom also features a bathtub that invites you to relax.
A special highlight is the glass-enclosed sauna on the ground floor, which provides soothing warmth and relaxation on cooler days—a real bonus for your wellness holiday on the North Sea.

Comfortable sleep with a feel-good factor
Both bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a smart TV. Electric exterior blinds and fly screens ensure undisturbed sleep and comfortable temperatures year-round. A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests (upon request).

Outdoor area with three terraces and a fenced-in garden
The spacious outdoor area features three terraces equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a grill. The main terrace is also fully covered, making it perfect for sitting outside even when the weather isn’t quite ideal.
The fenced-in garden (approx. 1 m high) ensures safety for children and dogs alike. Beds and bowls are provided for your four-legged friends so they, too, can feel right at home.

A parking space is located directly in front of the house. There is also a lockable storage room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes rack, and an electrical socket for charging e-bikes.

Wi-Fi and Additional Information
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house (availability and speed are not guaranteed). Bedding and towels can be booked as an optional extra.

The holiday home is located in the popular Hilgenriedersiel holiday area, in a quiet setting between the well-known North Sea towns of Norddeich and Neßmersiel. The Hilgenriedersiel natural swimming area is within easy reach and offers ideal conditions for families, nature lovers, and dog owners. The surrounding area is perfect for walks, bike rides, and mudflat hikes.
From here, you can reach the ferry terminals to the islands of Norderney and Baltrum in just a few minutes, as well as numerous attractions in East Frisia, including the coastal towns of Norden, Greetsiel, Aurich, and Esens.
