Welcome to "Haus Nordseebrandung FeWo B3.1" – your ideal vacation apartment for an unforgettable stay on the beautiful North Sea coast. This spacious 71 m² apartment is located on the third floor (elevator available) and offers ample space for up to 6 people.

The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a living/sleeping area with a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

Wir buchen nun schon seit vielen Jahren mindestens einmal jährlich die Ferienwohnungen der Familie Rupprecht und werden es auch weiterhin tun. Die Wohnungen im Haus Nordseebrandung sind in Strandnähe mit Meerblick gelegen, hell und freundlich eingerichtet (mit liebevollen Details) und immer sauber. Das Beste allerdings ist die Familie Rupprecht selber! Um jedes kleinste Problem wird sich sofort und zuvorkommend gekümmert, egal ob die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher mal nicht funktioniert, wir gerne ein großes Tablett haben wollten, oder sich ein Rad am geliehenen Bollerwagen nicht dreht und als wir eines nachts „das Bett in die Knie gezwungen“ hatten, stand Herr Rupprecht am nächsten Morgen persönlich mit der Werkzeugkiste vor der Tür! Wir freuen uns immer sehr auf unsere Woche bei Ihnen und sind traurig, wenn wir wieder nach Hause fahren müssen. Bis zum nächsten Mal, liebe Familie Rupprecht und auch ganz liebe Grüße an die nette und hilfsbereite Frau Lange! Ihre Familie Lübbers

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ausstattung der Küche top, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer usw. vorhanden. Ehebatt knarrt etwas, ist aber nicht schlimm. Schön sind die zwei Balkone, einer mit Seesicht und einer mit Waldsicht. Einkaufen in ein paar Autominuten in Aldi usw. möglich. Am Strand ist man in ein paar Minuten, auch am Hundestrand. Bäcker im Gebäude ;) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

hervorragend--alles hat gepaßt--wie beschrieben--ich kenne Cuxhaven Sahlenburg bedingt durch Urlaub 2019--ich find es toll-- schöner großer Strand--nicht soviel Trubel wie in Dunen--aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden--echt schöne Lokale am Strand--seit 2019 ist ein wenig Tolles dazu gekommen--Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf das Meer in mehreren Lokalen--ein Platz findet man immer zum Essen. Ansonsten Fahrradfahren ohne Ende der Küste entlang. Zu Fuß--nach Dunen am Strand entlang--schöner Spaziergang--oder weiter nach Döse--oder Cuxhaven--könnte man sich einen Tag mit Aufbruch nach sem Frühstück Zeit für nehmen zu Fuß ganz gemütlich. In Dunen das Ahoi-Bad--ich habe nur die Saunaanlage genutzt--auf tobende Kinder im Freizeitbad hatte ich keine Lust. Die Saunaanlage einfach nur schön. On TOP eine ganz tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf die Nordsee zum Relaxen nach dem Schwitzen--tolle Aufgüße--schöne Park-Gartenanlage um sich die Ruhe anzutun. Mit Gäste-Bonus die Tageskarte für ca.17.-Euro super Preis. Mit dem Bus eine Rundfahrt-im Doppeldecker --Cuxhaven und Umgebung -Alles was sehenswert ist--man kann zwischendurch mal aussteigen und eine Runde später wieder einsteigen--eine Fahrt mit vielen Infos--hat sich auch total gelohnt. Oder die Kutschfahrt durchs Watt zur kleinen Insel rüber--auch toll. Wer Spaß am Reiten hat kann auch das volle Programm genießen. Ferienwohnung war top--alles vorgefunden wie im Internet beschrieben.
