The house was roomy but as a Vrbo user especially in Italy last year below is a list of issues that my family were disappointed: -charges on my visa Jun 3, we had booked for June 8 -had to call vrbo and owner for lock box code -not enough seating for 4, -island chairs were broken and put together with foot bar on back, -onsuit bathroom no windows cover, -not vacuumed bits and hair throughout, -loose kitchen tap, -the only condiment supplied was a ketchup bottle only in fridge ,-no coffee for carafe and k-pods not the right holder, -only 2 face cloths for 4 people and no dish towels, - hinge broken broken on pantry door, had to lift door and push to close, -no smoke detector in master bedroom, wires hanging from hole in ceiling. One bed had black stains on the bottom sheet and bed frame was the wrong size. I suggest that this host make a better inspection and update the home as I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Check-in instructions, including the lockbox code, were sent through the Vrbo app prior to your arrival. The island chairs were not broken, and the home’s furnishings and seating are accurately represented in our listing photos. We provide a selection of complimentary kitchen essentials, including cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, hot chocolate, sweetener, and ketchup. Ground coffee was also available, and when you requested additional coffee, we arranged to have more delivered the following morning. We take cleanliness seriously and would have appreciated the opportunity to address any concerns during your stay if they had been reported to us. We are also committed to maintaining our property and promptly address any maintenance items brought to our attention. We value all guest feedback and continuously strive to provide a comfortable experience for every guest. We wish you safe and enjoyable travels.

Lovely large property with quiet outside deck area, comfy bed, excellent communication from Alex, the host, laundry facilities more than adequate for a large family (biggest machines outside of a commercial laundry that I've seen!). One suggestion would be to have a set of smaller plates (side plates) rather than just the very large plates. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.
