Perfect spot for a sweet and memorable Memorial Day weekend. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Before leaving a momma dauphin with baby at her side made an appearance in the back yard canal. The kids got a big kick out of that experience.

We really enjoyed our stay

Our family had a relaxing week in North Topsail! The 12 of us were very comfortable and really enjoyed the peaceful back deck&comfy Adirondack chairs. The kids fished off the dock morning&night(bug spray!) The short 5-10 minute walk to beach was easy (wish that busy road we have to cross had a crosswalk though) the pool&bathroom access by our private beach access was so nice to have for our neighborhood! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook every night&the big island to prepare food or sit to eat was great.The big cupboard/two trash can area was nice. There’s a Keurig &a coffee pot. We appreciated having the starter sets of paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper&hand soaps in every bathroom etc. not all rentals provide that. It’s just a short drive to stores, ice cream, restaurants, etc. We all just really enjoyed. It was so peaceful&quiet in our neighborhood and we really enjoyed every minute of this house. All 12 of us said we would definitely rent here again!
