- NO GLASS in pool or outdoor areas.

- CHILDREN must be supervised in and around the pool at all times.

- QUIET HOURS: 10pm–8am — Noise complaints resulting in police involvement carry a minimum $500 FEE and immediate reservation forfeiture.

- KEEP ALL DOORS CLOSED — Bugs, lizards get in and humidity makes floors slippery. A/C will shut-off if doors are open for extended period of time

- LAKE & BANKS ARE PRIVATE PROPERTY — Not accessible.

- PETS: Hypoallergenic pets only (Max 1). Pets must stay off furniture and out of the pool and turf areas. Pets must not be left unattended. You are responsible for any pet-related damage or cleaning beyond normal wear.

- CLEAN THE GRILL after every use — built-up grease is a fire hazard

- DO NOT TAMPER WITH OR DISCONNECT SECURITY CAMERAS — They are not actively monitored; footage is only reviewed if a situation requires it.

- POOL HEATING NOTE: On cooler nights when outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may have difficulty maintaining its set temperature. This is a Florida climate limitation — not a malfunction.
