The property was new and in an up and coming area. Location is next to major highway so half our party couldn’t sleep well. Property needs regular maintenance: the toilet in one room moved and wasn’t tightened down. The handle to the main door downstairs and our condo/apt were loose. There was water seeping through the floor. May be a concrete or fire suppression issue. The second bathroom tub was dirty. Cleaned with dish soap and the black dirt came out. It was too hot to walk to Broadway, but Uber didn’t cost a lot. Waymo did not recognize the area.
