The apartment is very nice and was perfect for my husband, myself and our two teen grandsons. We did have a snafu or two, but Michael and Elizabeth are very responsive and rectified the problems to our satisfaction. The building is lovely and the proximity to Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island cruises and the 9/11 site and museum were fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book it again.

The place was easy to locate, walkable distance from sight seeing places in financial district. The apartment was well maintained and cleaned properly. Host answered to all my questions and even helped in planning our day

The location was great. The property was very nice. It has 3 queen beds. It says that it sleeps seven, but no one can sleep on that couch, so it really only sleeps six. The host is very easy to get in touch with. Plenty of places to eat around the area. The subway is very close. It was a good stay.

The property fit our needs. The description of the property for the most part, matched with the actual property. However, the description of the the bed in the primary bedroom indicated that the bed was a "king" size, however, the bed actually was a "queen" bed.

Will do. Never got the WiFi to work. I wanted to run a quick load but just found the washer was full of wet clothes. I couldn’t find any soap detergent. So I couldn’t re-wash them. The light in the main bedroom doesn’t work. There is a Keurig but no coffee pods. I did leave you a corkscrew. It’s a nice place but some of these things made the stay less than ideal.
