Welcome to our newly available coastal loft just off Commercial Street in the heart of Provincetown. Originally a painter’s studio, the home blends architectural character with modern coastal design, featuring soaring ceilings, natural light, and a comfortable split-level layout.

The loft includes a private patio, chef’s kitchen, upstairs lofted bedroom, and a downstairs pull-out sofa for additional guests. Located just a 3-minute walk to the beach and approximately 10 minutes from the ferry, you’ll also be steps from cafés, galleries, restaurants, and shops while still enjoying a quieter tucked-away location.

Immaculate Vibes! Luis was a fantastic host- excellent with communication, check-in was a breeze, great recommendations. Right next to a great place for coffee, breakfast, lunch and provisions. Super close walk to all the bars, restaurants, and entertainment without having to deal with the noise of being downtown. The property was gorgeous, very private, and super clean. Neighbors were friendly and respectful locals (made for a very peaceful setting). If you like to cook, this place is for you…stunning, well-appointed chef’s kitchen. Looking forward to booking again next summer! Thank you, Luis!
