Welcome back! After a 2-month remodel based on past guest feedback, this listing is open again. Professionally managed by Rocbnb. This cozy, comfortable lower-level studio apartment is a great fit for long-term stays. Located in Rochester’s Park Ave neighborhood, the city’s cultural center, just minutes from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. No local guests; available to out-of-town and international travelers only.



The Space:

This is a recently remodeled studio apartment located on the lower level of a home with other Airbnb apartments. Entry is through the back door. Shared laundry in the basement. Everything in your apartment is used by you and only you.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the prestigious Park Ave neighborhood. It’s a short walk or drive to many local coffee shops, bars, restaurants, museums, parks and many more. Great walking neighborhood too!



Other Things to Note:

I do charge an extra pet fee per pet. Please message me via the Airbnb app to discuss the price. I absolutely don’t allow any parties, events or smoking.



Interaction with Guests:

I live about 15 minutes away but am usually available immediately via cellphone call or text.
