Hazme caso: no mires más casas. Esta es perfecta y está bien descrita. Al lado del Eroski y de la Zapola; andando a 3 minutos del arco y a 10 de la playa. Yo dejaba el coche con sillas, sombrilla, toallas, etc. frente a la playa todos los días, ahí tienes parking de pago máximo 6 € al día creo recordar y también voluntarios de siempre de Conil, papelito a cambio de la voluntad. La casa está en una calle peatonal, pero sin paso de viandantes, únicamente los pocos vecinos y menos viajeros; es decir: No oirás ruidos pese a lo céntrico de su ubicación. Está todo nuevo, el menaje, el mobiliario... todo perfecto. Ventanas pvc oscilo-batientes con mosquitera. Todo perfecto, ya digo. Aire acondicionado con temporizador, pero yo lo puse casi tres horas un día y no me saltó. Vitro de inducción, electrodomésticos Electrolux, tv Grunding, mobiliario Ikea, todo con gusto. Lavaplatos y lavadora silenciosos, para qué más. No sé la de años que llevo alquilando en Conil en todas las zonas (excepto en urbanización Roche por el clavo) y esta casa es mi favorita. Sin duda en 2025 vuelvo a alojarme aquí.

Hemos pasado 8 noches fantásticas. Está perfectamente ubicada en el centro, pero en un una calle tranquila que deja descansar perfectamente. Está perfectamente amueblada y no le falta nada. Para repetir!!

Increíble

Una casa perfecta para vacaciones. Muy bien ubicada, cerca de la playa y del centro de Conil para ir a todos los restaurantes. Además se puede aparcar a 3 minutos de la vivienda. A la casa no le falta detalle, muy muy bien equipada. Y por último, la atención del personal impecable, contestan muy rápido y muy amables

Eine tolle sehr gut gelegene Wohnung mit sehr schöner Einrichtung. Lediglich die Nähe zur Terrasse im 1.OG kann unter Umständen etwas störend sein.
