With a living area of approximately 65 m², a paradise of comfort awaits you here!

In just a few minutes by car or 10–15 minutes by bike, you can reach the beautiful, expansive sandy beach—perfect for unforgettable days at the beach. And families with small children are well taken care of, too: The playground is just a three-minute walk away, right around the corner! 

For your comfort, the holiday rental has everything you need: a travel cot, a high chair, a clothes rack, a vacuum cleaner, and a handy charcoal grill for cosy evenings outdoors.

A highlight is the large garden, which invites you to play on the lawn or relax on the patio when the weather is nice—here you can enjoy the peace and nature to the fullest!

Welcome to our charming holiday home—the perfect retreat for unforgettable holiday moments! Here you’ll find two cosy bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a modern bathroom, an inviting living room, and a spacious sun terrace that flows directly into the expansive garden. Parking spaces are available right in front of the house for your car. 

Enter the house through the vestibule, which offers plenty of space for your coats and shoes. Straight ahead from the hallway, you’ll find the cosy smaller bedroom with two single beds (90x195). To the left of that, you’ll find the second bedroom, furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200, separate mattresses) and a spacious wardrobe that offers plenty of storage space. 

The open-concept living room, with cosy sofas and an armchair, invites you to relax. It is equipped with a smart TV, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The wood-burning stove provides extra warmth

The spacious kitchen is a cosy place to spend time. It features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could want—an electric stove, a glass-ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for social meals or spending time together with family and friends. Also available are a microwave, filter coffee maker, coffee pod machine (Senseo), kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The bathroom is bright and modernly tiled and features a single sink, a practical mirror cabinet, a wheelchair-accessible shower, as well as a washing machine and a hair dryer for your comfort.
