This cosy and lovingly furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of the semi-detached house features a furnished patio, a comfortable corner bench, satellite TV, and a wood-burning stove. The living area, which includes a dining space for 4 people, opens onto the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom with a double bed has space for a baby who still sleeps in a cot.

We recommend this holiday rental for 2 adults and 1 toddler up to 2 years old. An extra bed for up to 2 additional people is available in the living area on the sofa bed (130 x 200) for an additional fee.

The holiday home is not suitable for groups of guests under the age of 25. We expressly emphasise that, for the sake of our neighbors, we place great importance on a quiet living environment and mutual consideration.

This semi-detached house, featuring two modern two-room apartments, is located on a small, quiet side street in the Baltic Sea resort town of Karlshagen. The holiday apartments offer enough space for a total of 8 people plus 2 babies, so you can enjoy an unforgettable holiday together with a larger family and/or families of friends.

Each apartment is 50 m² and equipped for 4 people and one baby. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. On the ground floor, there is a terrace with privacy screening. A balcony is available on the upper floor. Here, you can enjoy the start of an eventful day or wind down at the end of the day while having a relaxing breakfast on the provided patio furniture.

Barbecuing is permitted in the garden as long as you are considerate of the neighbors (a grill is not provided), so that cosy barbecue evenings in good company can be the perfect way to end each day of your holiday.

Each apartment comes with a free parking space.

The harbour of Karlshagen is just a few minutes away. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. There is a daycare centre next to the holiday home.

This contract constitutes an agency service on behalf of the owner.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the price.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
