The holiday home Son Julia in Porreres is the ideal place for a stress-free getaway with your loved ones. The 87 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, plus two outdoor bathrooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility, including a new one with a shower, accommodating up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a television. A cot is also available.



The private outdoor area offers a pool, an open terrace, and a covered terrace. The pool is closed in winter, from November 1 to March 31. In winter, the house is heated by a central pellet stove. The first bag of pellets is included; additional bags are available for an extra fee.



Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed on request. There is no air conditioning.
