Overall nice place. The only thing I had an issue with was the dishes were dirty to gross. Glasses had lipstick on them. Had to wash everything before using. The kitchen was well stocked though.Would definitely stay again and recommend. Owner was very quick to reply to questions.

Property was like going to a friend’s house that had lived in look as far as cleanliness. Outdoor space littered with pieces of plastic and paper. What vegetation there was was maintained by weed whacking and uneven and very long. Horrible for doggy to potty. Had to walk on roadside which could have significant traffic. Mud room smells like leaking natural gas. I did not feel safe. Lots of old appliances, cars and bikes in yards of neighborhood. Garbage bin full when I got there, never emptied the two weeks I was there. I tried to inform host of my concerns but he was totally nonplussed. I would have liked a refund so I could remove to more appropriate lodging for me and my pup.This is total ripoff at 124/day.

I do appreciate you reaching out during your stay and I promptly asked for pictures of the items you were unhappy with, of which no pictures were provided pertaining to these items. Furthermore, I cannot control the traffic, installation of sidewalks, or what the neighbors might have in their yards. The odor you might have smelled is likely due to you keeping the trash can near the mud room door as opposed to at the street where the guest book states it should be kept so that it can be picked up by the trash truck.
