Exclusive holiday home near the coastal resort town of Norddeich, featuring a terrace and garden (approx. 200 m²). The beach is about a 5-minute drive away, and the shops in Norden are just a few minutes’ walk away. The house is designed to be allergy-friendly; therefore, pets and smokers are not permitted. Thanks to wide doorways, the property is also accessible to wheelchair users. A parking space and a separate storage room for bicycles are included with the house.

The ground floor of this semi-detached bungalow features a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a shower room with a toilet, a guest bathroom, and an utility room. The upper floor has two additional bedrooms and another shower room with a toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with fly screens. The house includes a terrace with a fenced-in garden. It has Wi-Fi and, as of this year, 5G fiber-optic internet
