The holiday home is situated above the mountain road towards San Carlo. An impressive view of the lake, the surrounding mountains and the picturesque village of Gravedona awaits you.
The bay of Piona is opposite. The holiday home is on a steeper slope, the pool is above the house. Each holiday home has its own spacious garden/terrace and/or balcony area on the lake or mountain side. On the pool level and the 2 garden terraces above there are further deck chair areas with spectacular lake panorama. In the neighbourhood there are other residential and holiday houses in authentic, Lombardy architectural style. Next to it is the home of the landlord's family with 3 other flats.
The pool is 10.5 x 4.80 m and is shared with the holiday home in the immediate vicinity. Open from mid-April to the end of October. The lake and beaches are about 10 minutes walk away.
Light-flooded and modern living with ground-level terraces, gardens or deep balconies awaits you. With light laminate floors in the living and sleeping areas. Bathrooms are all white.
All holiday flats are new and have the same level of furnishings and differ in colour/design and layout/size.
Giardino:
You reach the garden holiday flat via a side entrance. The bright living area is equipped with a sofa bed (2 persons) facing the lake and an open kitchen and dining area.
Via the living/dining area you have access to the beautiful garden terrace.
The double room is on the lake side (extra bed possible). On the mountain side is the bathroom with shower.
Miralago is a quality holiday home in a fascinating and walk-friendly location. The landlord family Antonio is service-oriented - they speak several languages. Only partly suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the steeper stairs, there is an outside lift parallel to the stairs. For mountain bikers, there is a storage space with a washing area and workbench.
You park underneath your holiday flat. You can reach your holiday flat via outdoor and garden stairs. The private parking spaces are located on the mountain road opposite.
