Felice sul Lago

July 2016 We had a lovely holiday at Felice Sul Lago thank you. We loved the location by the lake and the authentic village of Colonno. Our children spent everyday jumping off the harbour into the lake with the local village children. Colonno is a great location for exploring the lake. The house was very well appointed and comfortable and the roof terrace was stunning. The kitchen had plenty crockery etc. We ate 4 times at the local restaurant which was about a one minute walk and the setting on the balcony there was beautiful. The food was simple but good and the staff very friendly. Thank you and we look forward to returning to Lake Como! Amanda, UK

The apartment is in a good location for exploring the area. The only thing we missed was a promenade or a town center where you can have a drink or go for a walk in the evening.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Am besten hat uns Folgendes gefallen: - sehr gemütliche Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See - kleine Badestelle direkt am Haus. - italienisches Dorfflair - genug Toiletten (3) und Duschen (2) im Haus - Ausflüge: Von Colonno aus konnten wir sehr schöne Ausflüge zu den anderen Dörfern/Städten machen: Tremezzo, Menaggio, Bellano, Bellagio... Auch nach Mailand sind wir gefahren (mit Auto nach Como, danach weiter mit Zug). - Wandern kann man in der Gegend auch sehr schön und natürlich Schwimmen/SUP Etwas herausfordernd war: - Die Garage war zu klein für unseren Ford Transit 9-Sitzer. - Überhaupt ist es mit Parken in Colonno ein bisschen schwierig. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze ca. einen Kilometer weiter den Berg hinauf. Das Gepäck konnte an der Kirche in der Nähe des Hauses aus- und eingeladen werden. Das wurde aber auch alles gut beschrieben. - Zum Einkaufen musste man weiter weg fahren. Der kleine Dorfladen hatte unseres Urlaubs gerade zu. Insgesamt was es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.

Maison confortable avec vue

Maison au bord de l'eau spacieuse avec très beau toit terrasse avec vue. Baignade au pied de la maison tres sympa. Le village est calme proche des principaux points d'intérêt. Seul bemol le parking limité a une voiture et l'option recommandée pour les autres voitures place de l'eglise source d'amendes...

Schön renovierte Altbauwohnung.

Renoviertes Haus mitten in verwinkeltem kleinen Ort direkt am See. Parken teilweise etwas schwierig.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Die Lage und die Ferienunterkunft sind super, die nähe zum See ist unschlagbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes jahr wieder.

July 2017 A really nice house. The roof terrace is the best. The kitchen is really small but well equipped. Very calm and genuin village. Relaxing and almost no other tourists. Would have been nice with one or two more restaurants in the village since there is only one wich is not that good. There is a small store were you can buy breakfast and more. For everything else you need to take the bus or have your own transportation and go to for ex Lenno (10 min). Linus, Norway

séjour magique

Nous venons de passer une semaine très reposante dans cette maison de rêve, à 2 pas du bord du lac. Grâce à sa terrasse magnifique, à moitié couverte, avec sa vue à couper le souffle, on a passé beaucoup de temps dehors, malgré un temps qui commençait à sentir l'automne. L'intérieur est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et sans tape-à-l'oeil, tout en mariant l'ancien au moderne, le traditionnel au design. Pour un mois de septembre, on s'est pas mal baignés dans le lac (presque tous les jours) et on a profité du "Greenway del Lago", un sentier balisé qui, partant de Colonno, longe le bord du lac sur une dizaine de kilomètres en passant par des jardins bucoliques, en offrant une vue époustouflante sur le lac. Bref : on reviendra avec plaisir !

The house is an original old town house but brand-new refurbished, very tasteful furnished and absolutely well equipped. There is enough space for seven people, with nice bedrooms and a great living room. The small beach is directly in front of the house. The most stunning item is the great terrace on the roof. We loved it. Absolutely recommendable! We will definitely come back.
