This cute little cottage is perfectly situated just 10 miles away from Hillsboro and only 4.7 miles from Rocky Fork State Park. Whether you’re here visiting family, chasing whitetail deer in the fall or calling spring gobblers or a fishing expedition. This is the ideal southern Ohio retreat in the heart of Highland County. The cottage offers cozy stay with one queen and one twin bed. This is a strictly non-smoking home. Smart TV with internet and a dvd player. Pet Friendly.

While we invite you to unplug and enjoy the surroundings, we have Internet with Wi-Fi. A smart TV with local channels and a DVD player with a selection of movies for your enjoyment. We provide all essential linens, towels, and washcloths for your stay. We have an outside firepit in the back for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing, just pick up your bundle of firewood. Also, a picnic table for family dinners outside or to just hang out on the covered porch reading a book.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

All used bedding and washcloths and towels leave in the bathtub before leaving the cottage.

NO SMOKING of any kind including vaping, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, cannabis $300 Deep Cleaning fee will be added if any smoking inside/interior of Cottage.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
