The holiday apartment is located in a tranquil, beautiful residential area in the small village of Bodman-Ludwigshafen at the western end of Lake Constance.

With a fenced-in south-facing terrace offering a “lake view” (a glimpse of the lake through the bushes) and a beautifully landscaped garden with a pool, this holiday apartment provides a truly special retreat. The 60-square-meter fenced-in terrace is available exclusively to guests of “SeeZeichen Apartment No. 26,” making it an ideal retreat even for holidaymakers travelling with a dog. A canvas partition separating it from our other holiday apartment ensures privacy and protection.
The partially covered terrace allows you to enjoy the sun in moderation, extending your holiday season and enabling you to spend lovely evenings outdoors.
The teak patio furniture comes with cushions, pillows, and blankets, ensuring relaxing hours on the terrace. The shared garden with a heated natural pool can be used year-round to recharge.
A grill and beautiful lighting invite you to enjoy cheerful barbecue evenings.
Comfortable lounge chairs invite you to sunbathe.
The apartment features a concrete-look designer floor by “Art on Floor” designer Jeanet Hönig, as well as cosy armchairs and a comfortable king-size box-spring bed.

Since the SeeZeichen Apartment No. 26 is rather small, with 55 square metres of living space, we offer the option for groups of 3 or more to use our SeeLiebe Mini-Apartment No. 17 as an additional sleeping area. It includes an extra shower and toilet in the shared, lockable sauna area. The extra room is very small and furnished only with a sleeper sofa, a beanbag chair, and a coat rack. It features infrared heating, not underfloor heating like the rest of our holiday apartments. It’s partially built into the hillside and tends to be on the cool side. It’s located directly across from the SeeZeichen Apartment—just two steps down the hallway.

SUSTAINABILITY is a top priority for us. We generate our electricity via our solar panels, and the underfloor heating and hot water are powered by a heat pump.
