Quaint ground floor apartment in pleasant home surrounded by nature, along the Empire State Rail Trail, just a few minutes' easy walk from dozens of unique stores & restaurants, Bohemian market place, lovely nature preserve, 350-yr old stone houses, live theaters, the Avocado E-bike rental shop, golf course, bus station, SUNY campus. There's an access path to the rail trail right from our back yard.
Enjoy your private deck and the covered garden swing. There's off-street parking and you can safely store bikes, skis etc in the barn. Needless to say, you have your private entry from the deck in back of the house.
Our neighborhood is super safe and friendly. The street is a quiet cul-de-sac nestled between historic Huguenot Street and the Rail Trail.
This fabulous apartment offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking comfort, serenity and convenience. With one bedroom featuring a full bed, it’s perfect for solo travelers or couples. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this fantastic space provides a welcoming home base.
