Brand-New Guesthouse in a Private Setting

This private guesthouse is located just outside of town in a quiet setting that offers beautiful views and a peaceful retreat. Guests enjoy the sense of privacy and open space, while still being a short drive from restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and essentials. The area is ideal for unwinding, enjoying views at the large windows and taking in the surrounding landscape- all with easy access to town. This brand-new 750 sq ft guesthouse is clean, fresh and thoughtfully designed to feel bright and roomy. We are a 2 min drive to Junction City, 20 min drive to Eugene and a 30 min drive to Corvallis. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer peaceful views of the surrounding rural Willamette Valley landscape, with green trees and open fields stretching into the distance. The guesthouse features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed and full size closet. One bedroom includes a dresser for additional storage, while the other provides a desk that works well as a dedicated workspace. The bathroom includes double sinks and a tub/shower combo, providing convenience for multiple guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher and microwave, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals during your stay. The living area offers a comfortable place to relax with a couch, chair and wall-mounted TV. An in-unit washer and dryer add additional value to your stay, and heating and air conditioning contribute to your comfort year round. The guesthouse is located above our garage and accessed by a staircase. We live on the property in separate living quarters, allowing guests to enjoy privacy while knowing help is nearby if needed. The space comfortably accommodates up to four adults. You will receive a code to the door for self-check in. The entire second floor unit is yours to enjoy! The garage is occasionally used, but the door is equipped with a very quiet opener and sound does not carry through the floor. We are on a private well. The water is tested regularly and the tap water is clean, fresh and great for drinking. There are no children or pets living on the property so the setting is generally quiet and peaceful.
