This is a great property. The only issue we had was trouble with the key pad/lock on the door, but we were able to get ahold of the property management and they were able to help us get in.

Lovely retreat spot

Great little family stay. The backyard faces a preserved marshland with a quiet natural setting where one can see flocks of cranes and egrets stalking about. The house gets you close to the front door of the famous Gloucester Blvd. and provides safe retreat in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and easy access to all the great restaurants along 133. House was impressively clean and cozy. Well appointed with a nice kitchen and a comfortable deck. Quite the jackpot!

Great proximity to Downtown Gloucester, comfortable house for a group, beautiful views behind the house. The bottom bunk of the bunkbed might be the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in as adults, but kids probably wouldn't bat an eye. Basement would be more fun to hang out in if it wasn't so musty. Ultimately, it worked just fine for our group attending a weekend wedding in Essex.

I came with my husband and 2 kids. I originally booked for 5-6 people and 2 dogs but my older 2 decided not to come and I wasn’t sure about the dog situation. It said pet friendly but then received an email stating that it was only service dogs so I reached out and with a couple days I got a response saying only 1 dog allowed but at that time I decided not to bring them at all (better safe than sorry bc of the uncertainty). Over all the place was good. Great location for sure. Very close to everything. Nice back yard with seating which was great. I loved the games that they had in the game room. I did have issues with the wifi. None of us were able to connect so it was a hassle to get the TV situated for movie night. I reached out but I think bc it’s a third party company, they weren’t too helpful (although I think they tried) luckily I was able to sign in to my own xfinity connection before they contacted me back. I remember reading to be sure to fill the dishwasher with anything left and run it & wash and dry all the used towels, which was totally fine but I didn’t realize that there wasn’t a dishwasher in the kitchen so last minute I had to wash all the dishes that we accumulated by hand. I didn’t even look to see where the dishwasher would’ve been located which was my error. I just assumed that it was there. I also assumed that the laundry detergent was with the machine so I didn’t find it until I was done washing with only water Lol. It was in a cleaning kit at the sink
