Tranquilly situated in a forest glen with the waters of Timberbrook babbling below, this South Dorset home is a wonder at any time of year. You'll be surrounded by outdoor activity, with Bromley Mountain (10 miles), Stratton Mountain (20 miles), Mount Snow (31 miles), and Okemo Mountain (33 miles) close by. Back at home, a beautiful scene awaits, complete with a deck and a glassed-in sunroom overlooking the woods.

This two-story home is what you think of when you picture Vermont - a charming exterior, wide-plank wood floors, exposed ceiling beams, and picturesque views through generous windows. On summer days, explore the creek below, light the gas grill for afternoon barbecues, and linger on the deck in the fresh forest air. Come winter, curl up by the gas fireplace in the sunroom, pull a good book from the shelves, or set up a board game as a movie streams in the background.

There's one bedroom with an attached bathroom on the main floor and three more bedrooms upstairs. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Beautiful home! Lovely open floor plan with lots of beautiful windows. We enjoyed the fireplace and winter views. Two of the bathrooms could use some little touch ups. The bedrooms were great!

Absolutely perfect

This was the perfect house and getaway.Yard was great, French doors were amazing, main bedroom was fantastic and a wind down by the fireplace was priceless.We cant wait to come back!!

This home is well designed with an open concept feel and lots natural light.

The setting of the house is beautiful. The mountain views and the wonderful gardens make the property a joy to behold. Also, the convenient location allows easy access to the area's many attractions.

the main floor flow was perfect. Really liked that there were towels, complete set up of dishware, utensils, cleaning products etc. One thing to note that I might suggest are some window treatments for changing purposes in the room - Other than that - it was perfect. Thank you.

Vermont Escape

My daughter and I were traveling to the Vermont Summer Festival. This house is perfectly located. It is 10 minutes from the horse show and 8 minutes to the center of Manchester. The house was a great place to come back to and relax after a long day. Overall, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Just a heads up, the house has no A/C so if you are visiting in the summer take that into consideration. The host was easy to reach and helped with any of our needs.

Amenities were in good condition overall but there were certain aspects of the house that were not so great. - the house is very drafty and gets very cold at night- we couldn't use the wood burning stove like I was originally told- some chairs and tables were extremely loose and felt like they were about to break- the water pressure in the upstairs shower (not the master) was non existent, rendering the shower unusable
