My family spent 4 nights at this lovely home. The views are breathtaking and the cove is quiet and peaceful. The house was well-supplied and the host was very responsive. One of the coffee carafes broke and a new coffee maker was delivered the next morning. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This home is wonderful! Completely updated inside with large bathrooms a huge kitchen. We had 7 adults and one child and never felt crowded. The view is absolutely amazing! There is a fire pit on the beach and tables and chairs outside to enjoy the scenery. Make sure you check out Rozzi’s, a neighborhood pub around the corner with huge menu and great food. My only complaint was that Champ didn’t make an appearance during our stay.

Throughout the years we have stayed at several locations on Lake Champlain, but none of them have been as nice as this property on Thayer Beach Road. The sandy beach with the big trees providing shade throughout the day was amazing. The large outdoor dining table, the lounge chairs, the fire pit - all such great touches. The inside of the camp is beautiful! Tons of seating, bedrooms, bathrooms ... plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has great appliances and is fully stocked. Plenty of hot water. Air conditioning, and parking ... yes, parking! My family and I made some great memories this past week and hope to do so again at this location next summer. Thank you!

House layout good for family of 6. Amenities were POOR, especially for premium price. No baking dishes. Almost empty supply of garbage bags, laundry soap, aluminum foil/baggies. No hair dryers. Would never suggest renting in winter! Front doors don’t tightly close, wind drafts terrible. Couldn’t get heat up. No snow shovels or salt. Dissatisfied.
