The modern 2-room holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers 50 m² of space for up to 4 people. You can easily reach the apartment via an lift or a staircase. The light-filled living room, with its floor-to-ceiling glass walls, features a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m), a DVD player, a TV, a dining area for 4 people, and a bar counter.

The built-in kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave, making it a pleasant space for cooking.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious wardrobe. The modern bathroom with a shower rounds out the amenities.
The building has a washing machine and dryer for shared use. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Guests have access to an underground parking space (duplex, 2 cars stacked on top of each other up to 1.45 m in height, cars up to a maximum of 2,000 kg, no Jeeps, estate cars, vans, or lowered cars; no roof racks; max. length 5 m, width 1.90 m, max. height 1.45 m—at your own risk) and 2 high-quality GIANT bicycles (women’s and men’s) are available free of charge.
