Welcome to the "Seerose" house in Scharbeutz.

This partially renovated and modernly furnished 2-room apartment, which accommodates up to 3 people, is located on the 1st floor in a quiet area. The centre of Scharbeutz is just a few minutes’ walk away. There you’ll find numerous restaurants and shopping options. The building entrance is accessible via 23 steps. The Baltic Sea beach is approximately 100 m away.

The living/bedroom is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining area for 3 people. From here, you can step out onto the sunny west-facing balcony. The newly designed kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, and a microwave-oven combo.

The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a TV, and a spacious closet. The bathroom, complete with a toilet and shower, rounds out the amenities.

A free parking space is located in front of the house. The house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Dogs are welcome!

The beautiful new spa promenade, with its charming shops, cosy restaurants, and cafes, as well as the beach, are all located in the immediate vicinity.
