Welcome to Apartment No. 1: "Anna."
A bright and cosy one-room apartment on the ground floor with a south/west-facing terrace awaits you—perfect for up to 2 people. Here you can enjoy peace and comfort near the sea!

This light-filled one-room apartment features a cosy sitting area located in the sunroom, which opens directly onto the terrace. The living and sleeping area features fresh shades of light blue and white. Additionally, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD player, a stereo system with a CD player, and, of course, Wi-Fi.
A dining area for 2 people is included.
The bright kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and small convection oven, has everything you need for relaxed cooking.
You’ll sleep soundly at night in the comfortable built-in double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). A wardrobe is also provided.
The well-lit bathroom is kept quite simple and features a shower.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are available for use with coins.

You can wind down your evenings on the beautiful terrace in the evening sun.

This is a non-smoking apartment. A small, well-behaved dog is welcome upon request.
An outdoor parking space is available for your use.

Apartment Anna No. 1 and Apartment Henriette No. 3 can also be booked together as a 3-room apartment. There is a double connecting door between the two apartments. Please feel free to contact us about this.

The distance to the beach is 30 metres.

There is currently a construction site on the neighbouring property. This may result in noise disturbances.


Complex:

The Windrose building is located right on the beach and features an lift. The beach and the pier are just a few steps away. The building features 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments with balconies or terraces, all of which are cheerfully and comfortably furnished. Some apartments offer a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. The newly redesigned spa promenade, with its boutiques and shops, invites you to stroll and linger. A mini-golf course and tennis courts are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers, a bike storage room, and parking spaces are located within or adjacent to the residential complex. We’d be happy to offer you additional apartments in this beautiful holiday destination!
