Located on the waterfront promenade between the Baltic Sea beach and the city forest, the family-friendly Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbds1-02, in the Dünenschloss holiday complex, Building 1, 55 square metres in size and featuring a covered terrace, accommodating up to 4 guests for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea.

The holiday apartment is located in Building 1, Entrance B—on the ground floor on the sunny south side of the complex.

Amenities
This cosy, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The holiday rental includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer; two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed (2 x 90 x 2.00 m) and the other with two single beds (each 80 x 2.00 m); a living area; and a large, partially covered terrace. In the living area, you’ll find a combination HD TV and Blu-ray player.
The modern and fully equipped open-concept kitchen in a country house style includes a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer compartment.
An iron and ironing board are also provided in the holiday rental. A cot can be set up for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.

Special Features
The resort features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of each year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

A free parking space is also available for your use. There is also a publicly accessible paid charging station for electric cars; it can be conveniently used with all major credit cards.

Feel free to use the coin-operated washing machine and dryer on the premises, as well as the dressing gown rental service at the service office. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
