Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return the gate clicker to its designated spot before check out. Failure to do so will result in a $45 gate remote replacement and reprogramming fee
Before checking out, please place all trash in the black bins and recycling in the green bins located either behind or in front of the house
Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor and wash any dishes before you go.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If using the sleeper sofa, please place the mattress protector before adding sheets and other bedding to help maintain cleanliness for future guests.
Please keep noise to a minimum to respect the neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. No parties allowed on the property. Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
