NEW - B-YOU-TIFUL Coastal Retreat with Two Masters- Walk to the beach

Escape to comfort and style in this elegant dual master condo designed for the perfect coastal getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, in the beautiful Spring Lake community offering lots of green space and serenity, this beautifully appointed retreat combines relaxed seaside living with upscale comfort, making it ideal for couples, families, and friends looking to unwind by the shore.

The spacious open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with a beautiful view of a pond, featuring comfortable furnishings, a 65” tv and plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay - modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and ample counter space for preparing beach snacks to full family dinners.

Both bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy. The forward master offers a king bed, plenty of built in storage and its own en suite bath. The rear master offers a queen canopy bed and a chair to lounge with a built in tv and closet. This room also enjoys a private bath.

The living area also features a queen Murphy bed cabinet to sleep more guests.

Out front you have a private deck with a huge sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. In the rear you have another private deck with a lovely view of the pond. Don’t be surprised to hear the bullfrogs at nite!

Spring Lake has a beautiful, large community pool just steps from the unit. This unit also has two designated parking spots. The condo is on the second floor using stairs. The unit has beach chairs, an umbrella and beach buggy to use.

The condo was very well appointed and clean. Communications with Elena were seamless. TheLocation was very convenient to the beach, dining, and other points of interest. My family and I had an awesome week in Rehoboth!

This is a fantastic property. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable with so many thoughtful touches. Plenty of space for our family of four. Loved having pool access and Dewey Beach was an easy 15min walk away. Elena is a great host. Easy to communicate with, very quick to respond and puts a lot of thought into providing you with everything you need for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Why they chose this property

A lot of my friends of a “certain age” have now bought in Spring Lake. You’re close enough to walk into town, but not in the middle of the hubbub. The community is extremely well kept, safe and quiet. And very welcoming.

What makes this property unique

My place is gorgeous. When I saw it, I put an offer in immediately. It’s tastefully done, updated, has a great view and location within spring lake and the former owner was an interior designer.
