In the heart of the Algarve, in Porches/Armacao de Pera, this studio is located in a villa on a well-maintained plot with palm trees, exotic plants, and flowers. The property is located in a residential area directly on the busy connecting road (with seasonal traffic) from Porches to Armacao de Pera. This road leads to the town (approx. 2.5 km) and the approximately 8 km long sandy beach, with a beautiful promenade, as well as numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, and excellent shopping opportunities. The German owners live in the house and lovingly look after guests as needed. The location of the villa is an ideal starting point for all activities and excursions.
Free parking is available approximately 50 m from the house.
From Vivenda das Palmeiras (studio), it is only a few minutes' drive to the town and the beautiful beach.
Also ideal for wintering. Electric heating is available.
In the winter months the electricity is paid extra on site (€ 0.30 Kw/h)

Très satisfaits de notre séjour chez Rumjana, nous avons passé10 jours dans le studio avec petit jardin. Le cadre est charmant, le quartier est très calme, de jolies maisons typiques de l’Algarve. empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit schönem Garten

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar die Wasserschuhe hat sie uns mit dem Gartenschlauch gesäubert. Auch hat sie uns gleich ihre Visitenkarte mit Handy-Nummer gegeben, falls Fragen sind oder falls wir Hilfe brauchen. Sie hat uns auch Tipps und Empfehlungen für die Umgebung geben. Man hat sich auf jeden Fall sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet und man kann direkt vor der Wohnung die kleine Terrasse nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet alles Notwendige, auch einen Strandschirm gab es für uns. In kurzer Nähe sind Benagil-Höhlen (leider schon um 9 Uhr überlaufen) und viele schöne Buchten mit Stränden erreichbar. Landschaftlich ist die Küste hier mehr als sehenswert. Einen Abstecher nach Albufeira lohnt sich ebenfalls. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen und die deutschsprachige Vermieterin und die Kommunikation hat es uns auch sehr leicht gemacht die Zeit dort zu genießen. Wir wünschen alles Gute und würden uns freuen (falls mal eine weitere Portugal-Reise ansteht) vorbei zu schauen.

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und der Garten sehr schön. Die Vermieter wohnen neben an und sind sehr nett. Wenn man auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen ist, könnten folgende Informationen interessant sein: 5 Minuten Gehweg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle, die eher sporadisch angefahren wird. 15 Gehminuten zum nächsten Supermarkt, gute 30 Gehminuten zum Strand oder runter in die Stadt.

Studio parfait.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le studio est très propre. Les propriétaires sont très gentil et le cadre est magnifique, le jardin est rempli de végétation exotiques. La seul chose négatif mais les propriétaires n'y peuvent pas grand chose c'est le bruit de la route , sinon c'est parfait ! 5 min de la plage en voiture et commerce à proximité. Pas besoin de faire le ménage la dame sans occupe, changement de drat et de serviette chaque semaine 👍👌. Je vous conseil fortement cette endroit surtout pour un prix largement raisonnable ! 😉😊

Questo monolocale è perfetto anche per soggiorni di media durata. Spazioso, confortevole, ben attrezzato e pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il piccolo giardino di fronte casa, che ci ha permesso di fare colazione e di cenare sempre all'aperto. Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment ist blitzsauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Handtücher gab es mehr als ausreichend und im Kühlschrank wartete schon eine Flasche vinho verde und Wasser auf uns. Der Garten mit der Terrasse ist besonders bezaubernd und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist für Algarve Fans super. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöner Urlaub!

Wir haben zehn perfekte Tage in Vivenda das Palmeiras verbracht. Es hat alles gepasst, das Studio ist top ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
