Climate-friendly country house with pool in pure nature10 min from all beaches Wifi

Quiet location in an idyllic area, ideal for families and seniors, 10 minutes by car from the beaches, 8 golf courses nearby, self-catering, (open kitchen / living room -60sqm, sat. Living space: 140sqm), solar power house, large rooms, baby bed, very good transport links, we are responsible for caretaker activities and maintain the garden and pool and are always accessible: good tips for trips, beaches, restaurants ect. Spain is generally very noisy and sometimes late into the night in the tourist areas. Here (in the country) it is rather quiet, relaxed and safe (even if you forget to lock the house :-)
Strategically, the property (approx. 800sqm) is very cheap, i. H. one is quickly at the different beaches and in the cities (Cadiz, Jerez, Vejer, Sevilla, Gibraltar or Marbella / Malaga). We have lived here with our family for 14 years and feel very comfortable. The wifi connection works well and of course there is also German TV with a lot of channels. The pool is for sole use. Have fun and good rest!We have another 2 300 meters away. Holiday house, which still has some free dates for 2018.

Summer Family Holiday

Just returned from a lovely break at this villa. The pool and garden area was lovely and we spent most days by the pool. The villa was a large well equipped kitchen and we did some cooking during our stay. The bedroom are also nice and big. The road is a bit bumpy but it’s ok once you get the hang of it. Hosts Bette and Dirke are really nice and helpful and next door. Gave us fresh eggs from their chickens. Close to Chiclana, Conil and Vejer by car.

Urige Finca in lÀndlicher Umgebung. Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Er war immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Erholung in kurzer Zeit!

Die zehn Tage im Haus waren fĂŒr uns sehr erholsam! Die ruhige Lage ist fĂŒr lĂ€rmgeplagte MitteleuropĂ€er ein Genuss. Wenn am Tag fĂŒnf Auto am Haus vorbei kommen, ist das viel. Der Vermieter ist stets erreichbar, lĂ€sst aber den Urlaubern den benötigten Freiraum. Im Haus war alles nötige vorhanden. Der Garten verdient das PrĂ€dikat "Oase der Entspannung"! Conil und Cadiz, und auch die traumhaften SandstrĂ€nde sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Aber ein Auto ist notwendig. Kurzum - alles entspricht 100 Prozent dem Inserat - wir kommen wieder. Danke Dirk fĂŒr dieses tolle GrundstĂŒck!

Super schön und entspannt

Wir haben unsere Woche ohne Abstriche sehr genossen. Haus und Garten sind noch schöner, als in der Beschreibung. Die StrĂ€nde sind schnell erreicht und wir haben sehr genossen, wĂ€hrend der Hauptsaison Abends unsere Ruhe auf dem herrlichen GrundstĂŒck zu haben. Pool und Ausstattung des Hauses sind prima, alles sehr liebevoll und durchdacht. Betty und Dirk haben uns das GefĂŒhl gegeben, von Herzen ihre GĂ€ste zu sein - danke auch dafĂŒr! Bis zum nĂ€chsten Mal!

Schöne Tage verbracht

Leider sind wir genau an einem Feiertag angereist. Wir waren halb verhungert, aber alle GeschĂ€fte und Restaurants waren geschlossen. Kurzer Hand wurden wir von den Gastgebern Betty und Dirk auf ihre Terrasse zu Freunden eingeladen und bekamen noch lecker Essen😅. Der Zuweg zu dem Objekt ist etwas holprig, aber wenn man es geschafft hat, ist alles prima. Wir haben uns immer den Kamin fĂŒr abends angemacht und haben auch einen Tag die Sauna genutzt. Das Gastgeberpaar ist immer sehr behilflich und super lieb. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr schöne StrĂ€nde. Ein StĂ€dtetrip nach Cadiz und noch mehr nach Sevilla wird empfohlen.

La casa perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas y muy relajantes en la casa de Bettina y Dirk. La casa nos encantó y el terreno con piscina, barbacoa y sauna es una gozada. El ambiente es perfecto para desconectar del estrés. La casa es muy bonita y no le falta de nada. Hasta había sombrilla y silla para llevarnoslo a la playa. Los anfitriones siempre atentos para cualquier duda o cosa que necesitåsemos ya que viven al lado pero a la vez con mucha intimidad. Estamos muy contentos de haber pasado nuestras vacaciones allí y sin duda repetiremos.

Schönes Haus mit Pool / tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben schöne Ferien verbracht und schĂ€tzten den ruhigen Garten mit Pool, Grillplatz und HĂ€ngematte. Ein idealer Platz fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Strandferien (Auto notwendig). FĂŒr alle Fragen hat man die hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeber-Familie.

Haus zum wohlfĂŒhlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in dem riesigem Haus und konnten die Gegend von da aus super erkunden.Es war alles fĂŒr uns Wichtige vorhanden und wir konnten super entspannen. Der nachbarschaftliche Kontakt mit Dirk und Betty war so richtig schön unkompliziert. Wir freuen uns, so nette, spannende Menschen kennengelernt zu haben. Das Hundegebell in der Nacht hat uns zwischendurch gewundert... Toller Urlaub mit vielen neuen EindrĂŒcken

Verblijf in Casa Olivia

Een geweldig verblijf gehad. Uitermate vriendelijke verhuurders. Je voelt je direct thuis. Zelfs bij aankomst op zondagmiddag een gevulde fruitschaal, 2 flessen water en een fles rode en witte wijn. Zelfs hadden we eten kunnen krijgen aangezien op zondag alles dicht is. Gelukkig hadden wij onderweg een Carrefour gevonden die open was. Maar er is geen enkel negatief punt. Alleen maar positief. Een geweldig gezin met 2 lieve meisjes.

Traumurlaub durch und durch!

Das Haus ist riesig, ungemĂŒtlich und toll gelegen. Der Garten eine absolute Oase. In Kombination mit Bettina und Dirk als Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und unglaublich lieb und locker sind, hĂ€tte der Urlaub nicht schöner sein können!

Ein kleines Urlaubsparadies

Hervorragendes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und mit allen nötigen Dingen gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Die Einrichtung ist super gemĂŒtlich und der große Garten mit Pool ist ein Paradies! Die Vermieter sind nett und in allen Dingen sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt in mitten einer kleinen Siedlung und ist von einer Gartenmauer umgeben, so dass man in perfekter Ruhe entspannen kann. Wunderbare StrĂ€nde, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber auch kleine StĂ€dte sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir wĂŒrden hier jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub bei Betty und Dirk

Wir haben uns in dem Landhaus sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, es ist alles da was man braucht um sich wie Zuhause zu fĂŒhlen. Der eingewachsene Garten bietet Erholung und schattige PlĂ€tze. Der Pool hat uns nach anstrengenden Trips abgekĂŒhlt. Kurz gesagt, es war fĂŒr uns ein Traumurlaub. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Landhaus fĂŒr Ruhesuchende weg vom Tourismus und doch so zentral gelegen

Wir haben uns mit Freunden fĂŒr 2 Wochen in der Casa Olivia eingemietet und haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Wer die Ruhe sucht, nicht im Tourismus-Geschehen wohnen möchte aber doch sehr zentral gelegen sein möchte ist hier richtig. Eine tolle Erfahrung auch einmal mit "Weniger" klar zu kommen. Das Haus ist, wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann, sehr groß. Da der Strom ĂŒber Solar gespeist wird findet man nicht alle erdenklich möglichen ElektrogerĂ€te die man von Zuhause oder anderen FeWos gewohnt ist. Das tĂ€gliche Leben wird wieder etwas "klassischer". Wasser & Kaffee werden mal wieder klassisch zubereitet. Man geht sparsamer mit dem Wasser um (wird ĂŒber einen Brunnen gespeist aber es ist immer genug vorhanden), gespĂŒlt wird von Hand.....Wer Luxus brauch sollte deshalb lieber in ein Hotel gehen. ;-) Jaaa....es sind Tiere zu hören....auch Nachts....ist ja auch ein Landhaus. Man muss sich eben bewusst sein, dass man lĂ€ndlich wohnt. Mietwagen ist auf alle FĂ€lle notwendig. Wir wurden von den Vermietern nett betreut, haben viele Tipps bekommen und fĂŒr jede Frage und jedes Anliegen gab es ein offenes Ohr. Das meiste was man so zum Leben in einer Wohnung braucht, ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist ideal fĂŒr eine kleine AbkĂŒhlung nach dem Strand oder auch mal zum "RumhĂ€ngen" wenn man nicht an den Strand möchte. Man ist sehr zentral gelegen. StrĂ€nde findet man in 10 Minuten, 15 Minuten und 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. La Barossa, Conil und Roche haben tolle StrĂ€nde. Viele StĂ€dte wie Cadiz, Jerez, Sevilla, Verehr, Argos, etc. sind ziemlich schnell zu erreichen. Auch ein Ausflug nach La Bolonia, Tarifa oder El Basque kann man von hier gut starten und erreich diese jeweils in einem Zeitraum zwischen 45 - 90 Minuten. Zum Essen ist die "Venta La Raya" (3 Minuten mit dem Auto) sehr zu empfehlen. Super Spanische Hausmannskost zu kleinem Preis.Haben dort auch jeden Morgen unser Brot geholt. Wir haben uns in diesen Fleck Erde verliebt und werden sicherlich wieder vorbeischauen und mit den Vermietern in Kontakt bleiben.

Idyllisch, Ruhig super zum Entspannen

Das Haus war super schön, der Pool gut gepflegt und mit dem Solarstrom gab es eigentlich auch keine EinschrĂ€nkungen. Betty und Dirk waren auch immer da wenn mal was war wie Gasflasche leer hat uns echt super gefallen wir kommen gerne wieder! :) Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe an Betty und Dirk

Jolie maison au calme au milieu de la nature

Il faut faire quelques centaines de mĂštres sur un chemin de terre pour arriver Ă  cette location situĂ©e au sein d'un quartier trĂšs calme situĂ© en pleine nature et bercĂ© du chant des oiseaux. Les propriĂ©taires habitent la maison d'Ă -cotĂ© donc intimitĂ© toute relative... Bettina parle français mais est rarement prĂ©sente. Par contre son mari Dirk est prĂ©sent mais ne parle qu'anglais. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis et nos hĂŽtes ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs serviables. La maison est propre, confortable et assez bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Par contre, si vous ĂȘtes nombreux, un lave-linge va peut-ĂȘtre vous manquer.. Le jardin est idĂ©al pour se reposer et la petite piscine permet de se rafraĂźchir en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Quiet and peaceful

We arrived at about 03:30 am, and the owner suggested they would leave a light on so we could locate the property with a bit more ease. The property was very clean and comfortable, we were only there for 5 nights but made use of the pool, the local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All in al,l it was a very good location and suited our needs so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.
