Casa Leon stands on a 700 m² plot with a private pool. The house is detached with walls for absolute private ferry. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6 people. Own garden with fruit, and citrus trees, 2 covered furnished 55m² terraces. German satellite TV, parking for up to 2 cars, electr. Radio outside gate. The house is bright and lovingly decorated. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. A double bed bedroom has its own bathroom (shower) with toilet. The other bedrooms each have a double bed and two single beds. Kitchen: fully equipped. Gas stove, fridge, -Gefrierschrank, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Living and dining area: 2 sofas, German satellite TV, heated fireplace, dining table for 6 people. The south terrace is covered and has seating for 6 people. The north terrace is covered and designed towards the kitchen (additional seating for 6 people)., Depending on whether you are looking for the sun or the shade. An outdoor grill, as well as sun beds and umbrellas are available. Umbrellas and an electric stand for the sandy beach. Cool box and toys available.

Wonderfull Property

House was everything we expected, we were able to travel to many cities around. You do need a car. Beaches, Sight seeing are all close by.

A slice of paradise

We loved it there. Such a wonderful property with so many different spaces around for us to enjoy with family and friends. So many shaded areas, tables, chairs and wonderful swimming pool and bbq. Fully equipped kitchen even with salt pepper, spices, oil and so many different pans and crockery and everything you need. Bathroom fully equipped and have towels there. Honestly, you just need to get there and enjoy. WiFi stable, lovely people looking after the place (shout out to lovely Tere and Manolo for all their help and for being on call if anything happened). Also shout out to Claudia and Rene for the great idea of planting a lot of things that can be consumed (we enjoyed the lemons and thyme and loved seeing peppers, tomatoes, figs and olives growing). Have plenty of carpark space (at least 2) and since house is on 1 floor only it is semi accessible if you have any mobility issues (it's only 1 step to the porch at the front of the house). Loved it and will definitely consider coming back. Watch out for the lovely birds and see if you can spot a chamaleon going around!

Well equipped and comfortable villa

It's a lovely villa and the hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Everything you need is there, a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, pegs, beach umbrellas etc. The pool and garden are lovely with lemon, orange, fig and olive trees as well as grape vines and jasmine. The pool is fantastic. You do need a car there as there isn't much in the local area but it's a great base to explore Cadiz, Jerez etc and there are some great beaches 20 mins drive away. The dog next door seemed to bark a lot, but admittedly it did seem to quieten down a bit after we'd been there a few days (or maybe I stopped noticing it so much). But it's a small issue really and otherwise it is a completely peaceful place. Thank you for a lovely stay.

An Andalucian escape in real Spain

The unpaved roads leading to Casa Leon took us a little by surprise. However, they did not reflect the beautiful property that lay beyond the walls. The property sits on a large, well maintained plot with more lemon trees than you can wave a gin and tonic at! There is also a gorgeous, well proportioned swimming pool to the side and this enabled us to have a very welcome dip in the heat of the Andalucian sun. Inside, the property has everything you need. The oven is gas so was a little 'hit and miss' on the temperature but this is a very minor point. There are ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and you will need these during the summer months. The property is located on the outskirts of town. There is a Family Cash supermarket a 10 minute drive away and the main 'tourist strip' of Chiclana is at least a 20 minute drive. You will need a car but it is very easy to get to Cadiz, Jerez and even Gibraltar. The property is ideal if you want the luxury of your own pool and, even better, you get to see a little part of the real Spain.

Nos ha encantado la villa! Realmente nos hemos quedado con ganas de disfrutar de algún dias más de la tranquilidad de todos sus espacios al aire libre, y sobre todo, de su piscina.La estancia en la villa ha sido muy tranquila, lo que se agradece.La casa está completamente equipada, muy limpia, y és muy comoda para su disfrute. No le falta ningún detalle.La atencion de Manolo y Tere, excepcional, nos han ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado.El acceso hasta la casa, es el punto más desfavorable, ya que se encuentra en una zona rural y no está bien comunicada, te obliga a desplazarte siempre en coche.Sin embargo, para nosotros no ha sido un problema puesto que priorizabamos disfrutar de una estancia tranquila, y ya teniamos previsto desplazarnos en coche para poder visitar playas y pueblos de la zona.

La casa tal cual se ve en las fotos, está perfecta, super cuidada, con mucho gusto y mimo, al detalle, muy bonita, Manuel y Sara nos recibieron super bien y amables, facilitándonos todo lo necesario. Si tengo que poner algún pero es que nos tocó 2-3 días de ola de calor y se echa en falta el aire acondicionado, ya que los ventiladores de techo con más de 35 grados no solucionan, pero el resto de días con las ventanas abiertas se podía dormir perfectamente, si añaden eso, sería ya la casita perfecta!! Está bien ubicada, se necesita coche, pero salvo que cojas un apartamento/casa en plena costa y no quieras moverte, eso es secundario, ya que nuestra idea era recorrer y conocer diferentes zonas. Mil gracias por la oportunidad de vivir unos días en vuestra casa, si volvemos a Cádiz sin duda sería la opción perfecta.

Alles wieder perfekt und sehr sauber

Wir haben zwei weitere Wochen Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Alles war wieder perfekt und sehr sauber. Es ist schön zu sehen, dass das Haus gut gepflegt ist und in einigen Bereichen Verbesserungen vorgenommen werden. So war beispielsweise die Internetgeschwindigkeit deutlich schneller und die WLAN-Reichweite deutlich besser. Der schöne Pool war willkommen, da es in der ersten Woche recht warm war.

La maison est pratique .Les oranges et citrons nous tendent les bras .Malgre la temperature on a pu se baigner dans la piscine (un peu froid tout de même).Séjour très agréable pour visiter toute la région de Cadix et même Séville

Gemütliche Finca auf wunderschönem Grundstück

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch was Kleinigkeiten wie Sparschäler, Wäscheklammern oder Küchenpapier betrifft. Alle Räume sind wohnlich und sauber. Der Garten hat verschiedene sehr geschmackvolle angelegte Bereiche.Die Vermieter und das Hausmeisterpaar sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Wer Katzen mag, kommt durch den Besuch mehrerer Samtpfoten im Garten ganz auf seine Kosten. Wir haben eine entspannte Zeit verbracht und möchten uns dafür bedanken.

Mooie chalet met veel privacy

Ons verblijf over het algemeen goed en ik zou het best wel vaker willen huren. Wij hadden alleen de pech dat we 2 dagen "Levante" hadden, dus veel zand, bladeren en heel veel bloemen overal en dus ook in het zwembad. Ook zijn er wat kleinere dingen die ik graag verbeterd zou willen zien, zoals de waterdruk in de wasbak van de nieuwste badkamer, waar ook geen warm water uitkwam. En in de kleinste badkamer trekt het douchewater niet snel genoeg weg, hier zouden ze naar de afvoer moeten kijken. Maar als ze dit allemaal fixen is het een prachtchalet om te verblijven.

gemütliches Ferienhaus zum Ausspannen

Wir, 3 Erwachsene, verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem wirklich schönen Haus, welches in einem Villenviertel liegt. Das Haus ist von einer Mauer umgeben, somit nicht von außen einsehbar. Verschiedene Terrassen spenden Schatten, ein kleiner Kräuter/Gemüsegarten lädt zum Naschen ein. Das Haus und der Pool sind wunderbar sauber übergeben worden. Die Vermieter und das Verwalterehepaar sehr angenehm und die Kommunikation perfekt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in 10 min. und die Strände ab 30 min. Autofahrt zu erreichen. Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung für einen gelungenen Urlaub und Danke, das wir dieses Haus für unsere Reise nutzen durften.

Experiencia magnífica. La casa está perfecta, la piscina genial, tiene muchos árboles frutales, está a 10 min en coche de Chiclana, el camino para llegar es lo que peor está, pero no es mucho tramo, Manolo y Tere son muy agradables y atentos. Repetiremos sin duda.que peor

Absolut erholsamer Urlaub in super toller Villa

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Das Haus hatte alles, was man braucht und war ruhig gelegen. Der Pool kam super an bei allen und dank Leihwagen war man schnell bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und am Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert. Super Kontakt vorab und vor Ort.

Kleiner Paradiesgarten

Das ist ein wunderbares Haus, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet, mit hervorragend ausgestatteter Küche, sehr sauber, in einem sehr gepflegten, meditativen Garten mit Orangen- u Zitronen (morgens Saft direkt vom Baum!), Feige, Olive... perfekt für morgendliches Yoga, aber auch zum Versteckspiel. Der Pool ist ein professionelles Schwimmbad mit automatischer Filteranlage und stets ganz sauber. Leider hatten wir kaltes u nasses Wetter. Dabei erwies sich der kleine Ofen als äußerst wirksam für das ganze Haus. Empfang und Abschied vor Ort waren herzlich und unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vorab auch sehr freundlich und verbindlich.

Ein entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung. Der Pool und Garten läd zum entspannen ein. Und man ist für sich ganz privat. Mit den Auto sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in sehr kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Übergabe war sehr herzlich. Danke für die schönen Urlaubstage im Haus.

La casa está genial , muy bien cuidada , con todo lo necesario , mucha privacidad y una piscina de 10 . Pasamos 10 días geniales en Casa Leon , los dueños muy serviciales contestaban mustios mensajes casi al momento y contábamos con Tere y Manuel que son los que se ocupan de la casa para cualquier problema o duda . Todo muy limpio y súper bien cuidado . No se le puede poner ningún pero , solo algo que no depende del dueño y es el perro del vecino , un poquito molesto pero nada importante . Gracias por todo .
