Villa 'Soraida' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi, and Central Heating

Located in Itrabo, Villa Soraida offers beautiful sea views. This two-story property features a living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a portable fan, and a ceiling fan. There are five air-conditioned bedrooms, three bathrooms, and space for nine guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. A ping-pong table is also available. Three high chairs and three cots are provided.



The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open April 1 to October 31), garden, open and covered terraces, two balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Enjoy relaxing views of the sea and nearby mountains while preparing meals for your loved ones.



The town, with a supermarket and several restaurants, is just 500 m away. The beach is 16 km, Sierra Nevada is 99 km, a water park is 15.5 km, and La Junta Los Ríos de Otívar is 8 km away.



One parking space is available on the property. Pool access is via stairs only. Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed. The living room fireplace cannot be used, but the kitchen fireplace can. Indoor furniture must remain inside. For bookings of six guests or fewer, only three bedrooms will be available; the other two will remain closed. Beach and pool towels are provided.

Una casa es estupenda con gran oferta de servicios

Pros: Una casa muy espaciosa, con diferentes estancias y servicios para disfrutar en cada momento. Barbacoa, ping pong, dardos, maravillosa piscina, juegos de mesa, ... Soraida es una persona muy agradable, accesible y pendiente en todo momento. Para repetir

Toller Ausganspunkt für Motorradtouren

Pros: Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Unglaublich guter Service, falls etwas nicht funktioniert oder man Fragen hat. Es wird sich sofort darum gekümmert. Keinerlei Fremdsprachen Kenntnisse vorhanden,das wird aber durch Herzlichkeit wettgemacht. Wozu gibt’s Übersetzer… Telefonieren würde ich nicht empfehlen. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Viel Platz Cons: Poolbereich war komplett gesperrt. Allerdings war bekannt das der Pool ansicht erst später öffnet. Loungebereich dort nicht nutzbar. Liegen wurden aber sofort bei Nachfrage am Haus bereitgestellt. Wir waren wohl zu früh (Mitte April)
